Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing nearly 25.7 acres of land in Pune’s Mulshi taluka for ₹16.42 crore. The acquisition comes just months after his investment in a premium land parcel in Ayodhya, highlighting the actor’s growing interest in high-value property investments.
According to property registration documents, the deal includes four adjoining land parcels in Pimpri village, covering around 1,04,000 square metres. The transaction was officially registered on April 30, 2026, with Ranbir reportedly paying ₹82.13 lakh in stamp duty.
