Kangana Ranaut Supports Isha Koppikar Over Andhbhakt Remark
Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has come out in support of Isha Koppikar after the actress referred to herself as a “proud andhbhakt.” Isha later clarified that her statement was about her love and devotion towards India and its progress, rather than blind support for any particular political leader or party.
Isha explained that being patriotic does not mean agreeing with everything a government does. According to her, a person can love the country while also questioning decisions and speaking up when they feel something is wrong.
Kangana shared Isha’s explanation on social media and praised her for clarifying her position. She wrote “Well explained” while expressing her support for Isha’s perspective.
Kangana also spoke about her own understanding of patriotism, pointing to occasions when she has raised her voice against issues she believed were wrong. She suggested that loving the country and questioning authority can exist together.
