The difference in size between the two properties is significant.
Mali’s earlier apartment measured approximately 473 sq ft, while the new home measures about 996 sq ft in carpet area. In other words, the newer apartment is more than twice the size of the property she sold.
The two transactions also happened within a relatively short period. She registered the purchase of the new apartment on August 12 and the sale of the older apartment on September 10.
