Peddi Box Office Collection Day 19: Ram Charan’s Film Slows Down But Continues Strong Worldwide Run
Peddi, starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, witnessed a noticeable slowdown at the box office on its 19th day as weekday trends began affecting its theatrical performance. Despite the drop, the sports drama continues to enjoy a highly successful run globally, crossing the ₹331 crore milestone worldwide.
According to trade estimates, the film earned around ₹83 lakh net in India on Day 19 (Monday), registering a steep decline compared to its stronger third Sunday performance. The drop was expected, as most big-budget films experience a slowdown once the weekend ends.
Even with the dip, Peddi’s overall performance remains impressive. The film’s worldwide gross collection has reached approximately ₹331.10 crore, while its India net collections have crossed ₹235 crore. International markets have also contributed significantly to the movie’s success.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film has maintained audience interest throughout its third week. Strong support from audiences in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has played a major role in sustaining its momentum.
The movie also benefited from a strong third weekend, which helped boost its overall numbers before the weekday decline began. However, increasing competition from new releases and reduced weekday footfalls have slightly impacted its performance.
To keep the theatrical momentum alive, the makers recently added nearly six minutes of fresh footage to the film. The decision was aimed at enhancing the viewing experience and encouraging repeat audiences to return to theatres.
Peddi has also become an important milestone in Ram Charan’s career. The film has reinforced his star power and once again demonstrated his ability to attract large audiences across domestic and overseas markets.

Trade analysts believe the film still has enough momentum to continue earning steady numbers over the coming days, especially if it receives another boost during the upcoming weekend.
